Third Annual Chestnuthill Township Community Day September 25th 2016
Third Annual Chestnuthill Township Community Day September 25th 2016 at the Chestnuthill Township Park located at 221 Rt. 715, Brodheadsville, PA 18322.
The day will run from 12 noon until 5:00 pm.
Last year’s event was a great success with over 3000 residents attending and 50 community organizations participating.
We are reaching out to local civic organizations that serve Chestnuthill Township to participate. If you are an officer or member of such an organization, please consider participating in this great event. Also, please share this with any other civic or public service organization that might be interested in participating.
So far, we have 50 civic and public service organizations signed up to participate, it’s not too late to sign up if you haven’t already see the sign up sheet below.
We want to make this year’s event the best yet!!!
And if you can volunteer to help for any amount of time on the day, please give us a call at the Township Building at 570-992-7247 and leave your contact info. Help is needed for set-up; parking; and clean-up.
Additionally, great entertainment, the 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament and horse drawn wagon rides!!
