Car vs Tractor Trailer Rt 209 and Rt Old 115 by the Chestnuthill Diner Sciota

A car and a tractor trailer collided this evening around 6:20 pm on Rt 209 and old 115 by the Chestnuthill Diner in Sciota.

The car hit the tractors fuel tank ripping it open and causing a haz-mat spill.

Rt 209 was closed going towards Rt 33 and we are not sure if it has been cleaned up and re-opened at this time.

UPDATE 10:10 pm: All roads have been reopened.
