Dream Come True’s 2016 United Dream Ride September 18th 2016
The 2016 United Dream Ride will be held on September 18th 2016 from 8:30 am - 2:00 pm.
It all starts and ends at the American Legion Post 927 646 Fairgrounds Rd, Gilbert, PA 18331
Two great events for a great Charity. We do make a difference!!! 3 laps at Pocono Raceway, nice 45 mile ride then back to Gilbert Legion post 927 for lunch a cold brew and Dream Fest. 2 great bands and lot of vendors a mechanical bull a bike show $100.00 to the first place choice. Here is your chance to ride on the Famous Pocono Raceway Track, Motorcycles and Cars Welcome.
Registration is from 8:30 am to 11:00 am and is $20.00 per person includes one lunch, one beer or soda, kickstands up at 11:15 am.
Dream Come True (Benefit for Seriously, Chronically and Terminally Ill Children), an all volunteer organization, was founded in 1984 by local businessman Kostas Kalogeropoulous as a tax exempt nonprofit organization which seeks to fulfill the dreams of children who are seriously, chronically and terminally ill and reside in the Pennsylvania Greater Lehigh Valley Area.
In March of 2004 Kostas Kalogeropoulous and Fred Reinhard, President of Pencor Services, Inc., signed a charter formally establishing the Blue Ridge Chapter of Dream Come True.
The Blue Ridge Chapter will serve the areas of Carbon County, Eastern Schuylkill County (McAdoo, Kline, Rush, West Penn Townships, Boroughs of Tamaqua and Coaldale), Northern Lehigh County (Washington Township, Borough of Slatington), Western Monroe County (Polk, Chestnuthill, Eldred, Hamilton and Ross Townships).
