Dump Truck Stolen in Chestnuthill

State police at Fern Ridge are the investigating the theft of a dump truck in Chestnuthill Township between 4:30 a.m. on April 14 and 5:20 p.m. on April 16, according to police.

Police say that Brian A. Tompkins had his dump truck, a 1996 green Ford valued at $5,000, taken on Route 715 in the township. The dump truck had no license plate displayed on the vehicle.

Police say the vehicle is an 8-foot dump body with a 2-foot utility box between the cab and the dump truck.
