UPDATE 00:23 am: Fire OIC is now requesting Blue Ridge Hook and Ladder full response to the dwelling fire.
UPDATE 00:50 am Fire OIC is requesting PP&L to respond to the scene for an Emergency Disconnect.
UPDATE 00:56 am PP&L gave a 30 minute ETA for the Emergency Disconnect.
