The West End Park and Open Space Commission along with GFWC Western Pocono Women’s Club, a service organization in the West End for 40 years, is having a FREE Child Safety Fair on Saturday, May 14th from 10 am to 1 pm at the Chestnuthill Park, 221 Rt 715-Brodheadsville.

The PA State Police will fingerprint your child and the West End Fire Co and Ambulance Association will have their equipment available to view.

A Fire Safety or simulated “Smoke House” from the Tobyhanna Army Depot will be available to demonstrate safe ways to escape a house fire, Pocono Medical Center will check blood pressure, the West End Health Care Center will be represented and “Exercise with Kids” demonstrations by Leslie Glover and lots FREE literature.

Concessions will be sold by Boy Scouts
