CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP: The American Legion Post 927 646 Fairground Rd Gilbert PA will have a US Flag Retirement Ceremony with the help of the Boy Scouts on June 10th, 2016 at 11:00 am.

Please bring any damaged or worn out flag to the Legion or with you on Saturday morning. Flags need to be properly retired not tossed in the garbage. Please let the Legion and the Boy Scouts retire your old flag. Burning barrels in the field at the back of the parking lot.

The American Legion 70th Anniversary Party will follow Flag Retirement services (about 12:30-1) this event is also OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

DJ will help celebrate the day and the memories of 70 years in the West End and the good works the Legion Members have done in this community.
