Loads of donations from parishioners, friends & family
The success of the QOP Flea Market fundraiser rests with the generous donations from parishioners, friends & family. We have been blessed with estate clean-outs, people who are moving and/or downsizing, and others who are remodeling & de-cluttering.
We take almost anything — antiques, appliances, baby items, bicycles, books, clothing & shoes for all ages, collectibles, crafts & sewing stuff, furniture of all types, games, holiday decorations (indoor/outdoor), kitchenware & dishes, jewelry, lawn & garden, linens, movies, pictures, prints, records, religious items, tools, and toys.
Only a few things that we can’t accept: old tube TVs, water beds (including any bed mattresses & box springs), large Christmas trees, baby car seats & beds, old computers/printers.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE USABLE! If you are able to clean them up before, we thank you!
Our donation period will be May 31 to June 18.
For our special needs parishioners, we have a group of guys that will pick-up donations. Please contact Andy at 570-629-1816 or robinsue@ptd.net.
Everyone can help
We need lots of helpers to make the QOP Flea Market a spectacular event. Every year we get bigger & bigger, and that requires more volunteers. You can work a few hours, lots of time, or over the Flea Market weekend. Small & large jobs. People are working in the morning and afternoon, while others help in the evening. It’s a fun way to meet people in the church too. Most activities involve working in teams. If your ministry would like to help with some aspect of the Flea Market, please let us know.

Maps, parking & directions
Enter “1402 Route 209, Gilbert PA” into your GPS & follow your way to the Flea Market! A parking crew will be directing traffic to the designated parking spots. For 2015, look for our NEW map signs to direct you to all of the selling locations!
Application for vendor, craft of yard sale
QOP church faces one of the busiest roads in Monroe County – Route 209. If you are interested, we sell spots on the front lawn for those who would like to have their own vendor (like Tupperware), craft or yard sale. We advertise extensively, and anyone driving by that weekend can’t miss it.
Checkout the church website for the application.
If you have any questions, please contact Davida at 484-464-1555 or mssdaveys@aol.com.
Raffles, raffles, raffles
During the QOP Flea Market weekend, we run several raffles – a fabulous theme basket raffle, a raffle for national brand store gift certificates and for 2015, a brand new TREASURE CHESTraffle (which features a handmade wooden chest filled with sparling jewels). Take some chances & be a lucky winner this year. Raffles drawn on Sunday, June 26 starting 4pm!
If you would like to make a special donation to our basket raffle, contact Kim Hoffman for a list of the theme basket raffles for this year. You can reach her at 610-681-6137 orHoffman@qopchurch.org. We definitely will have the popular favorite wines & liquors basket again this year!!
Kitchen-fresh homemade goodies at our Bake Sale
We run the granddaddy of Bake Sales! You won’t find a better range of delicious sweets beautifully displayed — unless you’re in a New York City bake shop. They sell homemade pies, cakes, cookies, candy, and much more. Grab something in between shopping and take a goodie to enjoy at home!
If you would like to whip something up for the bake sale, contact Jane at 610-381-6176 ormimimrtn@ptd.net.
Eats & Sweets
Our church “chefs” sell delicious food & drinks during the QOP Flea Market. After hours of shopping, you’ll need to re-fuel. So don’t pack anything, and have breakfast, lunch, and dinner with us.
