Motor Vehicle Accident Rt 209 and Old Rt 115 Brodheadsville
CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP: 08:55 am There is a 3 Vehicle Motor Vehicle Accident at Rt 209 and Old Rt 115 near the Chestnuthill Diner, West End Volunteer Fire Co's Fire Police were dispatched for Traffic Control.
I’m sure this is because someone was turning from Route 209S onto Route 115 and had to wait. Most people behind this car are too impatient to wait their turn and PASS on the RIGHT (same that refuse to YIELD onto the highways and cause accidents). While this was happening, a person traveling on Route 209N wanted to turn into the diner and did so, as he does have the right of way – not those passing on the right. Being able to pass there should be barriered off to keep them in line waiting their turn
