* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Carbon and Monroe counties of northeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 PM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The greatest snow totals will be at the higher elevations.
