PLEASANT VALLEY BUS STOPS!!! Child and Driver Saftey!!!!

Amanda Jones has started a petition to bring Pleasant Valley School District and Transportation aware of Dangerous Bus stops throughout Toll Rd in Effort.

On Toll Rd are several bus stops in conjunction with a busy road. These bus stops are on narrow side roads making it unsafe for the children and parents waiting for the bus, and for the drivers trying to maneuver around children and other vehicles and safely make turns onto the busy main roads.

When it snows it's even worse as already small roads are even tighter. We would simply like the bus stops moved .03 miles down Bluegrass Lane in Effort at the fire house.

This would give adequate parking, safe for children, a larger area for bus turnarounds and fewer bus stops. The roads have to be kept clear for the fire trucks so snow removal is not a problem and is far enough away in case of a fire Emergency.
