PMR Police seek Blakeslee Wallet Thief

Pocono Mountain Regional police are investigating the theft of a wallet at a Monroe County business.

Police said about 2:07 p.m. on Monday, July 10th they were dispatched to Sunny’s Food Mart on Rt 115 in Blakeslee, for a reported theft of a wallet.

The owner of the wallet Eddie Murphy posted this on his FB Profile: "Just wanted to say thanks to this lady at Sunnys gas station at the top of 115 hill for stealing my wallet with all of my money in it.... Now I can't get my 2 children the stuff they need and now don't have anything to pay my other bills either!!! All my credit cards over 500 dollars in cash and my debit card. Worked my butt off for that, thanks again!!"

Police said the suspect is a white female driving a silver Ford Fusion.
