Ross Township, Monroe County – This month police charged three men with a violent robbery in the Poconos. It happened on Laurel Lane in Ross Township in February.

Wednesday, investigators charged Allen Orlick with planning the attack and driving the getaway car. Earlier this month, they charged Anthony Diliberti and Albert Guzman for their involvement.

According to court paperwork, two females were watching TV inside the home when two masked men barged in. They held the females at gunpoint, made them lay on the floor, and bound their hands with duct tape.

While one robber held the pair, another went into an upstairs bedroom and stole money, an AR-15 rifle, and a laptop computer.

Police say the robbers targeted the home because they knew someone who lived there sold drugs. They also knew he kept money and weapons in the home and that he wouldn’t be home at the time because he had an appointment at a methadone clinic. One of the women held at gunpoint, was the alleged drug dealer’s mother.

Allen Orlick’s attorney said he will vigorously defend the charges. Defense attorney Brandon Reish noted one of the first accused robbers told police Orlick was involved.  "We're going to have to identify why that person is saying he had anything to do with this incident."

The people who live in the robbed home said they’re relieved police filed charges in the case. They didn’t want to comment further.
