PVPC Little League Field Restoration Fundraiser

Recently, the Little League Baseball and Softball fields behind Pleasant Valley Presbyterian Church (PVPC) in Brodheadsville, PA were severely damaged by teenagers out to have a good time in the snow (Click Here to read the full story).

(The parents are paying for most of the damage and the kids will be doing some of the work if the contractor allows it, but there was a 4th person older in his mid 20's that also did damage that no one knows so the Church is on the hook for a portion of the repairs unless that person can be found or he turns himself in. The total cost of the damage is estimated at $10,000.00 to $12,000.00.)

With the Spring Little League Season only about 6 weeks away, we are attempting to raise $3300 via GoFundMe to help offset the cost of repairs to these fields, in hopes of salvaging some game time for them this season.

Although some of the cost of repairs will fall upon the teenagers that came forward to confess to damaging the fields and hillside, not everyone involved has come forward.

Therefore some of the cost will fall upon the offenders and the remainder upon PVPC.  We are hoping that our community will rally to support us in this effort to support our youth Little League.
