A Saylorsburg man involved in a March 25 incident at Kinsley’s ShopRite was arraigned on charges of simple assault and other harassment charges on Thursday, according to court records.

According to a Monroe County Crime Stoppers report, Brian Colandino, 36, was sought by the Pennsylvania State Police at Fern Ridge after an altercation between him and another man outside of the store.
