Second Person Died from the Chestnuthill Robbery/Shooting on 12/04/19 2 More Arrested
Khalil Durante lost his battle Saturday night from the gunshot wounds he sustained from the robbery in his Effort, Chestnuthill Township home on 12/04/19, Dylan Beinert (22) was found dead at the scene. Khalil's father Walter Durante is still in the hospital and we do not know his condition at this time.
Two more arrests have been made in connection with the robbery/shooting, Matthew Joseph Burke (21) from East Stroudsburg was arrested Saturday in connection with the murder. Burke has been charged with Multiple accounts of Homicide, Attempted Homicide, Robbery, and Assault. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Colleen Mancuso on 12/07/19 and Denied Bail and is being housed at the Monroe County Correctional Facility.
The third arrest was Eric Deshawn Gulley (41) from Allentown was arraigned Sunday Morning by Magisterial District Judge Colleen on multiple charges of Tampering with Evidence and trying to hide the gun that was used at the shooting, Gulley was not at the scene of the shooting Magisterial District Judge Colleen Mancuso set bail at $50,000.00 unsecured.
Police are still looking for two other men that were at the scene with Burke and Beiner.
Gutterslugs and i hope they get the death penalty.
