Trips for Kids Bike Ride August 12th, 2017 11:00 am at the West End Regional Park
The Trips for Kids – Pocono Flow chapter of Northeast Pennsylvania, which is an initiative of Youth Infusion, Inc., is ready to begin the Summer 2017 rides.
The rides are free for all youth ages 9 to 19 years old and are held on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 11:00 from June until October at the following locations: August 12 West End Regional Park 578 Evergreen Hollow Rd Brodheadsville, September 9 McDade Trail and October 14 Jacobsburg State Park.

Youth of all ages are invited to participate in the rides and families are also welcome.
Equipment, including bikes and helmets, is available for youth to use on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge.
Healthy snacks, drinks, and sunscreen will also be provided.
An environmental expert will participate on each ride, sharing key information with riders about environmental and health issues.
Each ride session will include the following components: Safety Lesson, Riding Skill, Educational Speaker, Group Ride, and Evaluation.
The ride is led by Jim Dellavalle who has competed in the sport of off-road mountain biking for more than a decade and climbing from the expert ranks to pro level in downhill, dual slalom, and professional freestyle cycling.
