UPDATE: Motor Vehicle Accident from June 16th, 2019 at 415 Merwinsburg Rd in Effort

According to PSP Fern Ridge on June 16th, 2019 at 07:47 am Brian W Dungan (52) of Albrightsville was traveling North on Merwinsburg Rd when he lost control of his 2012 Subaru Outback struck a bridge rail and crossed over to the Southbound side of Merwinsburg Rd and struck a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox driven by John D Frederick (65) of Effort.

Both drivers were wearing  Lap and Shoulder seatbelts at the time of the crash, Mr. Dungan refused to be transported to the hospital and Mr. Frederick was apparently not injured in the impact.
