...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST MONDAY...
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation is expected. Total snow accumulations of up to two inches and ice accumulations of a glaze of ice.
* WHERE...Carbon and Monroe.
* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS..Precipitation will begin as snow this afternoon, then a period of a sleet/freezing rain mix is expected in the evening. The wintry mix may change to all rain late tonight before ending as snow Monday. Localized snow totals of up to 3 inches are possible across the highest elevations in the Pocono Plateau.
