Wires Down Rt 115 at Effort Neola Rd Effort

A tractor trailer following the Rt 715 detour signs turn onto Effort Neola Rd and hit low hanging wires that are now across the road on Rt 115 at Effort Neola Rd in Effort, Rt 115 is closed between Gilbert Rd and Treible Dr and Effort Neola Rd between Rt 115 and Rt 715 are also closed.

UPDATE 2:38 pm: Rt 115 is now open again. Effort Neola Rd remains closed between Rt 115 and Rt 715 until crews finish up. Pictures will be uploaded soon.

UPDATE 2:59 pm: West End Fire Police are clearing from the scene, but Blue Ridge Cable still has Effort Neola Rd Closed.
